MEDICAL CARE – LIFE-SUSTAINING TREATMENT NEW FORM

AB 3000, Probate Code 4780, 4781.2, 4782, 4783, 4784, 4785

This law makes avaiable a specific form – the Physician's Order for Life Sustaining Treatment (POLST) – to patients so they can specify what life-sustaining or resuscitative measures they want in a life-threatening situation.
